Having firm, toned, smooth and glowing skin are the signs of youthful and healthy beauty. An expensive way to get them all is face lift surgery. However, there is an inexpensive way of maintaining youthful beauty through regular facial fitness routine. It is exercising the muscles of your face. The idea behind facial fitness is the same as body exercising. The point is building the muscles of your face and keep them toned and firm. These way, the muscles will be lifted enough to remove the sags, and the skin will be smoothened enough to remove the wrinkles. Moreover, your blood circulation to the face will also double with facial exercises. It enables the tissues of the face to repair themselves more quickly. They need easy step and if you do them regularly, you will get the great result. It only takes a few minutes of your time and it can be done while you are doing another activities.
The exercise can be done in different areas of the face. In order to smoothen down the wrinkles of the forehead, place your fingers just above your brow. Then pull the skin down with your finger. At the same time, try to raise your eyebrows. Repeat this ten times. On your lips, push your lips outward in a pout as far as you can, then smile. Or you can suck on your finger as hard as you can. You will realize that they are totally easy steps with good result. Another example can be applied on your chin. The steps are pushing your lower lip upward as high as you can or pressing your thumb on the bone just under your chin and then push your tongue against your lower gums as if it is trying to meet your thumb. These exercises will take care of the double chin. The fact that facial fitness exercises take time is true. The result cannot appear in one or two days. But, if you truly want to see results on your face, try doing this once or twice a day, five times a week. You will see the changes in around a month or two.
